Stock 2.1, JH7 on Windows 7 x64
Try connecting my Cappy to KiesMini, installed the drivers from Samsung. Connect my Cappy, select "Samsung Kies (Firmware update)" Windows tries to install some other drivers which fails 30 seconds later. The phone just keeps saying "Initializing," then that goes away, then comes back, then goes away, then comes back, nothing ever installs, just remains "Initializing." I reformatted both my Cappy and my computer HDD , but before this it worked fine for the most part.
As for Wi-Fi. I turn Wi-Fi on, it tries to find to find my network, it can't, can't find any networks around, just says "Unable to scan for networks" then turns off. I have 2GB data so I'm not really concerned about going over, only use about 500MB/mo, but working Wi-Fi is a plus.
