Hi. Im New to this forum so please correct my mistakes.
I have been given a Kindle fire. It has a broken screen, it displays nothing.
I can plug it into a pc and see the file structure.
How can I find out what model or serial number it has? Either through the file structure or opening it up?
It does not have a black stripe across the rear panel,it has no front facing camera, sound buttons and on/off buttons are indented on the rear panel.
The rear panel is not rounded but sharp angled and it has a FCC E0700 marking.
Im stumped as to which replacement screen to order.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
