Kindle storage problems

My storage sais i have 1.5gb of 5.5 gb left. I've used 374mb on games and apps, 5.6mb on books thats it. It also sais i've used 3.5 on others and i cant get rid of it. Any help please.

which kindle do you have? we can move the thread to the appropriate kindle forum as well. this way, folks who have your specific device can help you better.....just let us know if you want it moved.

also keep in mind that some of the memory is also used for data from the apps.
