Are you REALLY dumb enough to judge something on what it LOOKS like, rather than how it PERFORMS? It may look like a Wiimote, but it certainly does not perform like one.

I never doubted it was better the wiimote... but the whole motion gaming is made for casual players which does not really appeal to me... and it actually gives you less control over the game cause they dumb it down for casual players.

Why try it if it doesn't peak any interest? It doesn't make any sense to me to waste my money on already overpriced accessories just to see what it's like then again decide that it's not for me after spending the $ on it.

so, you've spent an extensive amount of time trying out and comparing kinect to the playstation eye toy then eh? :rolleyes:

Also i think my point was missed, the ps3 fanboi (mgillespie) made a notion about kinect being a rip off of the eye toy, so I in turn wanted to point out that if kinect is considered a rip off of the eye toy please see the pictures posted about about the blatant wii remote rip off done by sony. Whether one is better than the other doesnt matter, kinect will probably work better and have more integration than the eye toy and move probably is more accurate than a wii remote, there just always seem to be one very biased side to the comparison when there is a post made by mgillespie.
 
Since this thread has drifted into the land of nothing resembling productive, I'm just going to close it.

I would also like to suggest that EVERYONE re-read the Rules of the forum and the Zero Tolerance Policy
