Root Kingroot + TWRP 2.8.6 Update to B13

I have a simple question. I have been reading these threads for days and I can't find one place that tells me the one thing I need: Can I flash the stock recovery, remove TWRP and have this B06 do the stock OTA to B13? No matter what I do, when I accept the OTA update before boot I end up in TWRP after reboot and no updating has occurred.

u cant update while u have custome recovery u need stock recovery

Thank you. I read the post "Stock Roms for Unbricking and Factory Restore" a number of times. I see what I was doing wrong... I installed the stock rom and missed that the stock recovery is located in the post below that one. Now I am ready to sell this poor lil guy. We've had some good times, but it is time to part ways...
