well when i ran baked snacks i was able to go to 1.267

so would that mean i can take this one to that too?

Mine is set to 1.19ghz, anything over causes random reboots. You could always give it a try, just remember to nandroid first. Also if using SetCPU, do not click on the SET ON BOOT tab until after you tested.
