I just installed this ROM today...killer ROM btw....I was wondering if there was a way to change the default programs opened by the default text icons that come with the ROM? Also is there a way to change the programs in the dock as well as a bigger dock perhaps?

Desktop Visualizer is what you seek.not sure about the 2nd part but there are lots of custom rosies.

I had this question a couple days ago. Look at "Rosie Settings".

Oh right, you can change the right side of the rosie usually, but not the left. To get 5 apps in your dock, you'll have to go with LauncherPro or ADW. I think Sense is what limits it to 3.
