lol, when I had my touch pro, you could just d/l a kitchen, pick what you wanted in the rom, and flash. I am hoping to find one, mainly for app2sd

^Give it time. The closest thing we to have a kitchen at this point is the Sholes.info roms because the installer lets you pick from a list what apps you want to install or what stock apps to remove. We dont have any kitchens YET but I think with enough converts we will see them...

There has never been any kitchens for Android phones. The popularity and time Winmo has is much larger then Android overall. Perhaps in time we will get one but I don't see it being anytime soon, I mean Winmo was around for like 3-4 years before it got any kitchens. Making a Android ROM is easier then Winmo, you can take whatever you want from different ROM dumps and then compile them into what you want, then use the guide on making a tar.gz to flash it. Honestly though there isn't nearly enough stuff for the Droid to make a kitchen, you can get all the stuff you want from either the sholes.info ROM or the Bugless Beauty 0.7 ROM (my choice).

EDIT: Except apps2sd, no one has written the script for it to work on the Droid. Soon someone will I hope.
