KitKat and random restarts

Newbie
Updated my phone last week and now it restarts about once a day or so, completely at random. Anyone else having this problem? And what the heck can I do about it?

Not daily but I have noticed about four or five random restarts over the less than two weeks since the update. No identifiable cause so far.
 
Thanks. It gets really old for me because there are a few features on my phone that don't work correctly after a restart. It takes several days for them to settle in and if the phone keeps restarting then it never gets a chance to "fix" itself.
