KitKat for Note 2

Have read somewhere that KitKat for the Note 2 will be arriving any month soon anyone have any info on what it does, would this ovewrite and rectify the 4.3 software problems that people have downloaded and are still experiencing or would this Kitkat create even more problems

No date or ETA on official KitKat for the Note 2.

Just my personal opinion: Carrier/Official OTA updates always cause problems on any smartphone. Will it solve the 4.3 problems? Don't know.
