kitkat or jellybean

Hey all just got the note 3 from t-mobile they said it was all ready for a software upgrade to kitkat but do i stay on jellybean 4.3 or make the jump i had kitkat on my galaxy s4 and the real only problem i had was the flash was not supported and i was never able to figure out how to fix that any help from people who know more about Kitkat and flash player then me Thank You.

Flash Player websites required a different browser from the Play Store to get them to work. Post a link to the Flash web site you want to view and I'll test it out with the stock 4.4 Browser and my current favorite Boat Browser. BTW, the camera flash works fine with the OTA KitKat update t-mobile sent out. ;)

Thanks and yes boat browser is my fav and thats what I use for viewing flash content what about the battery drain problem with kitkat ?

I've have had bad battery drain on 2 occasions. Think it's related to the camera.
A restart solves the problem

I also had alot of doubts with KitKat, while on Jellybean and had the fear of making the leap. But I decided to try Kitkat and it turned out to be just fine. Its all about what you feel....I would say; Go for it!!

yea so true, I had to do that with my S4 from Metro when I updated to 4.4.2 some of my apps were not compatible. But the thing I read said to launch each app so it new there was a new OS. Then all was good,
On a different note thinking about getting a couple Note 3's from T-Mobile there plan seems to be more expensive then metro paying 71 a month for two lines and they want 88 If I pay the phones in full.

It's not that "some apps are incompatible with Kitkat" even if some may be.

It's that Kitkat has imposed a global inhibition that stops any third party app interacting properly with your microSIM - period. This is not an app problem; this a deliberate Kitkat slugging and a real reason not to use it at all.

No root for KitKat - yet. No multi-ROM Safestrap for KitKat - yet. No KitKat for me - yet. I make nandroids a couple of times a week.

How can I go back to 4.2.?

I don't like the limitation on the SD card and I just got a 128!

I am not rooted, stock Note 3 International version
