klink app troubles

Noob to android --- wanted to introduce myself
I'm trying to feather my VM670 Optmus V to my laptop,
I keep getting an error when the machine tries to load the
.executive file. PLEASE HELP B4 I drop kick it down the stairs.
BTW, I am. Attempting to use the non-rooted apparently called Klink
