Help knockON does not work

i towelrooted my 12b metropcs f6.

knockON does not work. knockOFF double tap works though.

what's going on?


I uninstalled some Metropcs crapware, but other than that, I'm running factory metropcs rom.

If I hard reset, will it bring back the original settings and bloatware? or did the rooting possibly mess up the knock

Yes factory resetting will restore your phone, but remain rooted. Rooting should not of changed knock. Some of the custom roms have knock on tapping top of the screen and tapping bottom knock off. Try tapping near where notification bar would
Be to knock on.

hmm. It looks like this phone has a knock sensor.

it only takes a very light double tap to turn off the screen.
It takes a harder knock to turn it back on.

I just found out that you can tap the plastic sides or the back of the phone twice, and the screen will also turn on.
