Root know where to find this theme?

I found this theme on XDA and can't seem to find a link for it anywhere. I was wondering if anyone has or know where to find it. I googled it and emailed a person in the thread that had this theme but ending up at a dead end.

That looks pretty shway. I'd like some info on this as well. Oops, I gotta go fight Golem now and then the Royal Flush Gang. Life as Batman Beyond isn't easy.

Does this theme have a name? Sometimes is easier to find stuff when you have more info not just one picture.
 
Isint this Fresh with the unlock screen addon? If not is it Baked Fresh Snack? The switch pro widgets for the bottom widgets and beautiful widgets (small) for the clock/weather. The rest is rom driven (ie: the unlock and battery). Laucher pro for the middle custom icons and the Cube at the bottom, for the apps.

It doesn't work like that playboy,he's talking about the whole theme,it has nothing to do with the ROM.
 
Thats what the guy mentioned was sapphire, I looked everywhere for it. I'm more interested in the clock. I will look for tajm clock.

Gotch, unzipping was my first mistake when I started the whole process of installing Roms LOL. I think I've got the idea on how to do things now. Well I tried installing the shappire-colormenu- theme and it froze my EVO on a black screen again. I had to go back into recovery, wipe the data and cache, and nandroid restore my ROM. I'll try the shappire theme without the colormenu when I get back home.
 
I tried to do both on Fresh and can't get ether of them to work. If anyone tries to load these let me know. I think i'm just going to try and find the clock widget.
 
the clock should be in the app market. i had no issues when i flashed this theme on fresh 3.3.0.1, i downloaded put to the root of my sdcard, wipe cache and dalvik cache and flashed the zip file for the theme and all worked
 
Weird, I reinstalled fresh 3.3.0.1, backed it up, cleared the data cache, dilvik cache and user data. I then flashed the theme and robooted the system. Once again I got the black screen of death. I then went back into recovery, restored and tried a different theme. This theme worked right off the bat. Guess this theme doesn't like me. Oh well thanks for pointing me in the direction for the clock. I'm going to go find that now.
 
Also tried it and got Black screen of nothing. One time i did see the fresh logo for a second and then nothing...anyone gotten this to work on fresh?
 
After reading through the last thread "learning the android hardware and operating system" I wounder if it has to do with the bootload. I do not have an engineering HBOOT option and I read through the thread that how wadester had could not load his backup roms because something had changed with the boot. I wounder if the theme is based off the boot. This is just a guess and i'm not sure if my logic is even correct. Do you have an engineering HBOOT Wake69?
