Help kyocera hydro and snapchat

Does any one else have the problem where you try to watch a snapchat video on your Kyocera hydro android and it says this vodeo can't be played. Some videos work on snaochat but some don't. Help!! I emailed snapchat but they were no help

Some videos arnt made right and cant be played, or they arnt compatible with android. try uninstalling and reinstalling
