I have MEID [redacted] Tried to access ##DEBUG# (##33284#) and it asked for ACCESS code (6-digit). Tried MSL didn't work. Tried SPC code given by a google play app. Did not work. Any ideas? And any news on bootloader?
 
You should not under any circumstances ever make your meid available to the public. Some people need just that and you wind up with a cloned line, a expensive bill and/or a identity theft kind of situation... to get your msl, there is an app for the kyocera phones... I think there is a link to it somewhere in the "porting clockworkmod recovery to the rise" thread.
