Help Lag in texting and repeated "hung up" apps

So yesterday, all of a sudden my phone started misbehaving. I would type in the text and it would appear like 10 seconds later. Every menu button I tapped would take forever to work and eventually the screen would give me a "not responding" prompt. It was making me crazy!

Anyone else having these issues?

This am, I turned the phone off and waited about ten min and then back on again. For now it seems to have solved the problem. JIC anyone was having the same issues.

I did have some lag with my Keyboard backspace when deleting letters last night. I can not remember which app I was in though. That is the only time I have had it. But I have had no lag with opening apps or navigation like you described.

Guys, Install OSMonitor from the market, go to options, set the CPU graph to appear in the notification bar (like taskmanager) and also set the monitor to display "Load" (CPU).

This is the best way I know to see apps hogging the CPU.

Guys, Install OSMonitor from the market, go to options, set the CPU graph to appear in the notification bar (like taskmanager) and also set the monitor to display "Load" (CPU).

This is the best way I know to see apps hogging the CPU.

I had that before but actually preferred "Android System Info"
