Help Lag since the update?

Anyone else experiencing lag since last weeks update? My phone is definitely not as snappy as it was before I updated. Normally I would do a factory reset but with 4.3 on its way (I know, it could take a while) I don't want to have to set up my phone twice in a short period of time.

So, any lag? If so, any fixes that don't require a factory reset? I'm hoping maybe some settings were changed or something easy like that...wishful thinking, I know.

I dunno if it was the 4.2.2 update or a facebook update which happened about the same time but now facebook crashes every now and then.
