Help Lag when replying to posts on forums!

I've been noticing this for a while, but never gave it much thought until now.

Whenever I reply to a post [quote or not] on here [ or any forums eg. HoFo, SD, FW, LS1Tech etc...] on my EVO, there is a noticeable lag when typing!

Occasionally, when the keyboard [default, no third party KBs or Swype] pops up, there is a black opaque block that fills up the space where I am suppose to type [ I hope this makes sense lol] . If I close the KB and re-open it, that black block disappears and I am able to type, albeit with lag!

Anyone else have this issue ?

I experienced this on the first EVO [HW Ver 003] I had and also on the brand new replacement device [ HW Ver 004]

This occurred when the devices were stock, and continue post-root.

I have hard reset the device twice, but in vain.

Any insights, thoughts, recommendations... ?

Not a direct fix, but have you tried the Phandroid app?

I do use that app and no lag when using it!

I should've mentioned that..
