LAG!

It is almost impossible for no lag to exist unless you are rooted and even then you will still get some.
 
I've had mine since Friday. I switched all animations to .5 and switched from Davlik to ART and I can't notice any lag whatsoever. I'm also not a lag Nazi, so I'm not looking for it, but I am coming from a very smooth HTC One M7 and I feel that this device is just as smooth, perhaps even a tad snappier. I for SURE wouldn't let lag be the reason you don't get it. There are other reasons based on how you use the phone, but I don't think lag is a concern.
 
I will avoid ART as long as possible due to the storage hit. Not seeing any real difference to justify the hit.
