Help Lagging, Freezing, Restarting

Iv'e been trying to work through this for a couple of weeks. Phone will lag (very long response times after I touch the screen 15-30 secs), freeze or on occasion just restart. Normally it does this if I'm using apps but not a specific one. The only way to fix it is to be patient and get it to do a restart or pulling the battery. It's done it will using several different apps or just using the search button at the bottom of the phone. I've been deleting apps thinking one of them is the cause with no luck, was using GO Launcher and now using Launcher Pro same thing. Any ideas on what I should be looking for before I break down and call the helpless center at Verizon. I'm unrooted and have not download GB.

Restarts are not unheard of with the OTA from July. Trying to get the update may help, if it doesn't then I think you may need to call VZW to see about a replacement.

Thanks Yeahha, I happened to be by a corporate Verizon store yesterday do I stopped in to see if they had any idea the took one look at it without doing anything and told me it was because if the launcher. I told him he was nuts and left. It forced the update on me this morning so I guess we'll see if that works.

Just to update. You were correct Yeahha, Everything is working fine since the update. I put Go Launcher back on it's working very nice.
