Help Lagging!

Hi everybody,

I just bought my beautiful incredible s last saturday. There is an annoying lagging for 1-2 seconds when I switch on the screen and start using my phone. If I try to switch between screens, there is also some lag. This phone has 1ghz processor and 750mb ram. How can it be possible? I watched the comparisons between iphone and increddible s, desire hd and incredible s and I didn't see any lag. Is there a way to solve this problem and have a smooth running phone? Thanks

I'm not experiencing any lag on my Incredible S. Have you tried to reset to factory settings? Also what operator are you with? Maybe there is an operator-specific layered product or application pre-installed that is causing the issue.

Try installing "SystemPanel Lite" to assess and check for any rogue programs or applications.

I reset to factory settings yesterday. I am with orange right now.

I installed System Panel lite and I think the problem is the running apps that i don't use. I don't want to use apps killer. Is there a solution to close these apps automatically?
