Root Laggy phone

It seems anytime my phone gets below 70% battery, it gets incredibly laggy and i end up restarting. Occasionally I will get an error about Sense crashing. Anyone know why and what fix to help? Besides switching roms? I'm still on stock (but rooted).
 
I am not sure what would be causing that. Is the error you get a force close for some part of sense? I would suggest either just flashing a new rom (easiest way to deal with this with largest chance for success) or going into recovery and try the fix permissions option to see if that resolves the issue.
 
You can still try the fix permissions if you want. I can't say it will make it any better but shouldn't hurt. Sometimes when we hack the phone it can mess up permissions for some apps that we don't realize and then when the app is triggered it causes problems.
 
I'm not sure where to begin with fixing permissions to be honest. I looked through my backup on titanium for my removed apps just to verify I didn't remove an essential app and i didn't.
 
You will need to boot into recovery, then there is an option in the recovery menu to fix permissions, if it isn't on the front screen it would be in the advanced menu
