Help Laggy/unresponsive screen when charging

Anyone else have issues when using the phone while it's charging? When I try things as simple as swiping to another homescreen it lags, or is unresponsive. If I'm typing a message (text/email etc.) I have to type V_E_R_Y slow or it will completely miss several letters. I am using the OEM (HTC) charger I had with my Dinc so it shouldn't be the charger. It makes using the phone unbearable and I usually just unplug it, perform the task, then plug it back in.

Is anyone else experiencing this when their phone is charging?

Mine did the same thing when I had it using the charger that came with it.

Mine does this too especially when I am typing on it and it gets real annoying.

I see this too, but only once my phone has reached 100% and is still on the charger. If it's below 100% I'm fine, and once it is at 100% if I disconnect the charger it almost immediately is fine again, so at least for me the problem is limited to only that specific situation.
