Help Landscape Mode HTC

[TheCulture]

Just got the HTC One S today and the phone will not go into landscape mode when I'm on the internet or trying to send text messages. When I try to play Temple Run 2, I can't collect coins because my phone won't tilt...

Any suggestions???

try this : Settings > Accessibility > [cancel that talk-back crap pop-up] and select auto-rotate
if this does not work > factory reset
if still does not work, exchange the device since accelerometer is defective !
