I want to add more languages to the Language & Keyboard settings and specially my country language so that I can see my country flag in certain games like HomeRun 3D in which the flag is set to default country of the phone and cannot be changed. Anyway out ?

Pakistan, but the default country set on my DHD is UAE and I don't know how to change it.

Any way out WITHOUT rooting?

From what I can gather, you can change the keyboard languages, but not the actual phone language itself. I know there are some alternative language ROMS out there, but not sure if they contain Pakistani.

And to get the language ROMS I need to be rooted isn't it?
