Help Language problem

I have a German HTC DESIRE with english and german languages auto-installed.
How can I change the language to dutch? Where can I download it?
I don't have the dutch language in the list.

I would like to add dutch to my Scandinavian Desire also! Any easy solutions? Support says it can not be done....

Not sure if downloading a font pack would help; there are several available on the market.
