How can I add the Arabic language or font on the indulge ??

Arabic is currently not officially supported on Android devices.

Short answer, yes and no.
Yes cause of cyanogen/not ported to indulge.
No cause you can always upgrade cyanogenmod...(somewhat, under the correct settings)

Someone explain me what is UTF-8 and UTF-16. Wiki is too complex for me. Doesn't UTF-8 supports all char in all lang?
