Help Languages

New to android phone from bblove it btw
Quick question I know the Thai language is in my phone some where as I can receive messages in Thai and when i log in via Kies I can switch my phone to Thai

But damned if I can find it in the settings anywhere to be able to type in Thai..

I am from Canada and when i go to language to switch it only shows english french and something else

Is there anyway to extract other languages so I do not have down load an app?

Do you know if you have the international version of the Note or the AT&T version. Since the latter is targeted at North American audiences they may have reduced the language support. I cannot say for sure because I have an international phone and have the full list under settings -> Language and keyboard -> select language. I have about 40 entries in that list.
