Root Last question

So in order to but #2 rom on my phone do i download it from my phone? Or can i do this push pull method i've seen, What's the easiest way to do it.

I think you can push with ADB, but I don't know how. I just install through recovery.

Download the rom to your SD card, either by downloading from your phone, or from your computer and copying/moving it to your card. From there, boot into recovery, MAKE A BACKUP, wipe cache/system and install.

Yeah but doesn't #2 say that it wipes the cache's and stuff you just have to remove the data

You can let it do that for you, but I always wipe manually as a precaution.

as do I well unless im flashing like 2.1 over 2.0.. because those were literally the same rom with diff build.prop tweaks lol same thing as flashing battery.zip than deciding to flash performance.zip later lol

but yes ANY flashable.zip file i ever release for you guys will always wipe cache, dalvik cache and anything else if required such as system or data* (only on EZ-Wipe.zip's)

if EVER switching to another rom, it is almost absolutely neccessary to wipe data and clean your system

in rare occasions you will find that 1 rom has more to it than another, so if you flash a new rom with less files in it & that new rom doesn't clean your system then you will find the rom wont perform as it should because you have extra things in it that dont belong... so thats why i will always provide the "needed" wiping scripts neccessary for anything i release
