Root latest nightly update for cyanogenmod 7

is there a lastest nightly update for cyanogenmod 7 for the Droid X and how do you install nightly updates anyway??

Install Rom Manager and open it and choose "download rom", choose cyanogenmod nighties. Check out the reviews (not great these days because of ICS code probably).

hey, Col... is the nightly for CM7 now all GB or ICS? havent been following, and too lazy to look it up

It's still GB (ICS would be CM9). The code still all ends up on github and they can crank out 7/9 code by changing one setting. Doesn't mean it's going to work tho.

I last night that ICS for the HP TouchPad is coming along nicely except for video and camera. I wonder if the camera changed a lot for ICS and all roms need new drivers?

You should check out the ICS theme from market, lets you changed the regular app drawer to ICS app drawer launch.
