I had problems in the past with PRL updates disabling my 4G until I factory reset the phone but it's so far so good with this one.. Wimax reception has decisively improved in my locale.

I've seen a small increase in data speed. I get about one more signal bar in most areas. Always good to get better service even if it's a little bit. When Network Vision completed I really saw a big increase in data and fluctuating signal.

How does one check for a Prl update.? I'm still on 61009.!

I'm not sure if the Galaxy S3 is the same as the Evo, But it's in settings at the very bottom.

For me it's SETTINGS>SYSTEM UPDATE>UPDATE PRL

I should know this as I had an Evo, But if that menu is not there then it is in About Phone>Updates.

Run it and it will automatically update the PRL if it finds one, Otherwise it will suggest you're already up to date.

For some reason I had to update profile first before it would take the PRL update
