Latest System Update - Better Battery Life?

Has anyone noticed an increase in their Tbolt's battery life with the latest update? I have yet to update mine but I heard a rumor that battery life has been improved; can anyone confirm this or give a source?

My TB has had better battery life since the first update. Im back on the stock battery. No problems here. And yes i text and use twitter all day with a few days

Mine has been much better. Before I had to plug mine in by 2pm but so far today I'm still at about 40-50%. I talk, email, and text all day (with the occasional game on my rare downtime or lunch).

Funny you should ask that question. I was just saying to my son-in-law yesterday how I felt my battery life had been improved. Also my signal strength appeared to be better. I just got my update yesterday morning.

My battery seems to be doing much better. (Only on my 2nd day with the update.)

The first update made it very difficult to kill the battery. I'm hoping this does the same.

I did notice that, since the update, my phone seems sit at "99% charged" for a longer period of time while charging, according to the HTC Battery Widget. (BTW, I have the extended battery)
