I got the second 2.2 OTA and did a hard reset.
No big difference....maybe a tad faster. Still almost ignores swiping to change screens, and is still slow populating home screen on boot.
Gallery is still lagging pretty good, even with very few pics in it...all taken with the phones cam.
Battery life is the same as the first 2.2 OTA.....worse than with 2.1.1.
Browser problems still exist, with or without Flash loaded: As I read web pages and touch-slide my fingers to scroll down......it quite often jumps back to the top of the page. This happened with both 2.2 OTA's. Annoying as can be! This ruins the browser, if you ask me.
Also, ever since the first 2.2 OTA, Touchdown tries to refresh 24/7....even though I have it set to only refresh during normal business hours. I have put it back to 24/7 and re-restricted sync hours and it still runs constantly. This may be some if not all of the battery problem.
I have not yet tried to see if the Certificate issue is still a problem with the second OTA. Need to check that.
I am pretty sure I will root and go back to 2.1.1.

Asking Motorola for help is a joke.......3 days waiting and they send me a message to reset the phone. Losers!
