Yes, I really do wish the Xperia had 512MB RAM because then it would be able to get Android 3 in the future. But no we'll be stuck with 2.2 (If SE ever decide to move forward)

There is no official system requirements for the 3.0.Some say 512 is the minimum,other that it is the recommended amount.There are phones around that run O systems that the were not supposed to so at this point nothing is sure.

Some say that the 3.0 will be available only for Pads, and the smartphones will get something like 2.3,2.5. Just read about this somewere.

I now i may seem too optimistic but hey :p

Sounds promising :D

I think Pads should have a different sort, for example something called "Android Pad v1" :)
