Help Launch by default?

So I was trying to clear my Panda Home default and discovered that I cant. Its says "No defaults set" and you cant press the button. So I went to another program to see if it was just Panda and to my surprise none of my programs can be reset. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Well I downloaded Home Switcher to fix the Panda problem but I still dont know why I cant reset to default on my other programs.
