Launch Party Anyone?

Hey...anyone up for a launch party on this thing? I was thinking, we've all had quite a kinship through this long wait and will all be in massive celebration mode if the t-bolt actually makes it into our hands next week. So, since so many of us seem to be on the east coast, how about we set our t-bolt gps's toward a D.C. location or something and show off our new 4G devices in a fun smart phone fiesta?? Hear that jay, scope out some party spots for us??? Mods., can you bring some sort of a jello mold?? :)

How bout a more rational party?

When this phone finally drops, ill start a thread that will be titled "Launch Party!" And your only allowed to post in it using the thunderbolt! If you post in it otherwise, you will be put to death, obviously...
 
If it is next Thursday I'll still be just playing with my new phone. Since the arrival of my beautiful daughter (she's 4 now) Patty's Day has been pretty tame. No rules against putting back a couple of Crown and Cokes after shes fast asleep though. ;)

A Million Bolt March??

I guess you'll be wanting more than the mold - you'll want the real deal.

Laboring through lunch, we convened the Mod Staff Desert Squad, Confections Directorate, Office of Sugary Goodness working by detachment to the Mod Staff Jello Executive and built this model on how we'd extend that side of the mall presently reserved for the Smithsonian extensions.

So far, woop, Slug and I developed this working model -

But one of the guys said Homeland Security's Whipped Cream Division is going to go bonkers over that much plain, uncovered jello.

So, gobluejd and UBRocked pitched in and worked out this Skunk Works alternative -

How's green jello sound?

They chose green to honor Guide Staff, silently working harder around here than you know.

I can't list the other mod staff member involved like Kelmar or Xyro or Roze or anybody, so I won't, because they're working covert ops.

The idea is to distract Homeland Security with briefings on airport jello scanners while we wheel that baby into place.

Bad news is the Bolt party needs to be today because it's already melting.

Pay no attention to the teeth marks on that one edge.

I hear you. I found out I was pregnant with my oldest son on St. Patty's day six years ago.

Well then to me, that is an even better connection to Patty's day than the holiday itself! Here's to parenthood and not getting bombed on 3/17...until they are much older. ;)

No seriously...if we do get this off the ground, my contribution will be I'll hire someone from verizon corporate to be our keynote speaker. Just be nice to them...use your indoor voices. :)

holy wow, you guys are crazy!
wtf mon... how are we supposed to have a launch party today if we don't even know when the date is yet. beautiful lighting on your jello city btw. I am a little disappointed by your parking spaces though; the lines were too think and a bit crooked.
