Root Launcher 2D?

I recently rooted my device and used Chevy's custom rom.

Listed on the site is a Launcher 2D, anyone know what that is?

I believe it is for people who have problems running the standard Launcher2, which has a 3d app drawer. Launcher 2d does not have this, its a flat plane like 2.1. One is SS themed and one is not.

Ah, that was what I thought.
