When using a different laucher i.e. Holo, will you still get notifications in your icons? For example I use visual voice mail and I like when I have a new message my visual voice mail icon has a "1" in it. Or will I only get it in the notification bar?

Most launchers support this functionality. Most of them even support it in the dock area. I looked at Holo on the Play Store, but it didn't mention it. Since it is free, I would suggest downloading it and installing it and checking it out. If it doesn't meet your needs, just uninstall it.

Good luck,
