Root launcher on cyanogen

How do I switch between launcher and home on cyanogen 5.0.5.4. I put home as my default and now I'm trying to get back to launcher.

Settings, Applications, Manage, Menu, Filter -> All, find Home, push 'Reset Defaults'

Also (Home Switcher) app from the market. This is nice if you switch back and forth to.

Keep in mind that if your fill up the launcher and home screen with widgets and icons you phone can run very slow.... better to decide which one you like and empty the other of all it's icons and widgets.
