Launcher Pro + HTC widgets

I have seen some screen shots of someone using Launcher Pro and HTC Widgets. Is this possible to do without root and custom ROM? If so, how?
 
Mm well not really the developer is making some widgets that look like HTC widgets but is not the same they really nice btw I have the paid version
 
is not in the market you have to buy it online at launcherpro.com and he will give you th code to unlock the pro launcher in a email
 
he doen't have it in the market cause he can't upload it cause his country still doesn;t dupport pay apps but all the info you will find on launcherpro.com ok
