Launcher pro or ADW launcher or anyother?

Only problem I've had with LauncherPro is some times folders won't open, I have to kill it & restart it (5 seconds).

You don't need to even go that far:

Menu -> Preferences -> Restart LauncherPro

Although I haven't had the folder-not-opening issue in a while so perhaps a recent update or something I did "fixed" it.

It does. It always runs in the background. Check for yourself.

For me it doesnt. it launches itself when you restart LP, but once you kill it. It wont relaunch itself.

Help. Today a slip of the finger caused me a LP problem.
I really like LP, but kept access the the native Launcher. Whenever selecting 'Home' I would subsequently need choose between them in a popup . Today my finger hit the choice 'set as default' as I selected the native android launcher. Now I cannot find how to get LP or LP with the same toggle.. I want my LP option back...any ideas?

it's easy!!

Method 1:
go to settings
applications
manage applications
select the launcher you set by default (the native launcher)
there is a section called "launch by default" and a button "clear defaults"

Method 2:
install another launcher (like adw.launcher)
press home
unninstall adw

Settings > Applications > Manage Applications.

Hit the menu button at the bottom left of the phone.

Choose Filter.

Choose Running Applications.

Look for TWLauncher. Touch that.

Hit Clear defaults.

Now hit your home button on the phone. This should then pop up your option again to choose your launcher. Hope this helps.
