Launcher Pro PLUS!

Well, I purchased it, but I still prefer Sense. Why?

Because I can access the two most important features twice as fast: Contacts and Phone. For whatever reason LP has a lag that makes me wait, and I hate waiting ;)

hmmm, mine open right up instantly unless its the 1st time open them, then people can take ~2-3 seconds
 
I have been running LP Plus for a few days and I love it except for a few issues.

I have gotten multiple force closes. I went so far as to uninstall and reinstall, but it did not fix the Force close issue. I get FC almost every time I switch from portrait to landscape and back. Very irritating.

Also I have had an issue with the app drawer as well, where all the icons will "pile onto each other" in the top left corner.

Aside from that I love LP plus. I wish I had a replacement for the Month View HTC widget.
 
I normally only use free apps but I now have payed for beautiful widgets, launcher pro plus, and lockbot. Haha it feels kind of good to pay people for their apps if they do a good job on them. And its nice with LP, i know that the developer will be updating a lot.

Yeah...I'm actually back on sense for the time being. I'm getting a lot of FC's, not just with the rotation but also with beautiful widgets (which previously was never an issue). The widget will just be blank with an error message of sorts, and then when i try accessing the app list or anything else it just all locks up. Hope its resolved soon.
 
Yeah last week LP has had some FC issues , I tried to go back to Sense and it's just so boring. I'd rather have LP with FC then use Sense

Same here. Every now and then I'll get an FC, but I'd rather deal with that than to go back to Sense. I hate Sense's dock bar. And it's not customizable enough for me.
 
I demand stability. If something FCs on me, I dump it. If something crashes on me on a PC I fix it, or I dump it.

I cannot tolerate instability.

Mine was force closing every 5 minutes with 3 homescreens and the people widget. I went to advanced options and changed memory usage to "Light" and that fixed it.

Edit: No it didn't. Started force closing again.
 
Are people with no FC's not using Beautiful Widgets Home? That seems to be the cause of every FC with this latest version for me, that or the first visual indication something is wrong.
 
I downloaded this last night, and the Pro version and I get nothing but force closes. And the launcher crunches all the apps in the upper left hand corner. I also think BW causes the app to crash. I hope they update soon because I really like this app.
 
I just uninstalled BW and I still have the same problem. I even uninstalled LP and reinstalled,,,,no luck :(
