Help Launcher Pro

After hearing so much good stuff about Launcher Pro about how smooth and fast it was, I gave it a shot. Is there something I'm missing? It just is so laggy and not very good IMHO. Is their some option I'm missing that really makes this stand out?

For me and my setup it's as fast as Sense. I've never experienced any lag or FC's like some people do. I thinks it's dependent on the apps you have and how your phone is setup. Have you been to the LP forums and read around there to see if your missing something or if an app or apps could be causing what you are experiencing?
