Is there any way to use HTC widgets on launcher pro like the bookmarks and full screen calender? If not are there alternatives?
 
Yeah I tried LauncherPro and ADWLauncher and alot of the widgets etc. werent available. You can download apps to replace most of them but the HTC widgets arent available as far as I know
 
I like Beautiful Widgets as well. Definitely worth the price (ithink around $2.00 USD). I use the "Small Home" option so that I can have the time, date, and weather all in one row (this frees up real estate on the screen for other apps). I tried a couple of bookmark widgets, but with Dolphin HD browser, it's very simple to see all your bookmarks when you open the browser.
