Help launcher problem

I have a small problem. I'm running adw launcher. I had to do a hard reset yesterday and I'm tring to get my phone back to the way it was. I used to be able to scroll up and down in the app drawer, now I can only do it side to side. Is that a theme issue or a launcher issue? How do I fix it?

perhaps there is a setting for it in the settings that enables 3d scrolling for your apps, like there is in LP
