Help launcher recommendations?

how about Launchers? What do you use? My five home screens are getting kinda cluttered and things are hard to find on them.

I have 2 or three widgets up, but I don't really consider myself a heavy widget user. I just ant easy access too all my apps and whatnot.

based on these and some other recommendations I loaded up Launcher Pro ... lot of setup but it seems pretty good. I might try the others later.

go launcher is good but the app drawer is a bit laggy on the optimus v.

Go launcher ex is pretty good. My app drawer doesn't lag at all. It has themes and stuff.
