Help Launcher/Sense question....

I'm using ADW and ADW widgets. Do I need to continue to use auto sync for sense? Am I just wasting data and battery by keeping it on?
 
Yes leave it on if you use the htc lost phone finder/locker thing, if so just turn off the sync for htc weather and stocks but leave the parent htc sync on.

If you don't use that htc lost phone thing then you can turn that sync completely off.
