Root Launcher v Launcher Pro

Resize widgets, sense like widgets, swipe motions, hide status bar, custom home screen rows, custom home screen columns..

Ah, ok. Thing that is mystifying me is that - unless I've missed something - Launcher has 5 homescreens whereas Pro has only three. Isn't this a bit of a step backwards?

Launcher pro, you can choose anything between 1 and 7 home screens.

Also was going to mention 3d app drawer but unsure if launcher has that

Hmmm... Yeah, on the 1-7 screen issue, I thought I'd heard that but couldn't find where to change the settings, hence my original post.

3D drawer: Yup, launcher has that too. Kinda a rotating cube...

I'm only half. Was actually born in Grimsby

And Grimsby was founded by a dane :D

Anyway, I have Launcher and can hide the statusbar, can customize home screen rows and columns. But reseizing and the "sense-like" widgets I dont have. Anyway, I'm going to go pro now.

Jeez! Am I the only Yank in here? This is like the 5th thread I've read where I feel like I need to bring a favorite rugby jersey and order a stout or at least a Bass. :)
hehehehehe

LPP is nice.. I'm also waiting on Slick UI if they ever get it done. Looks really slick for us "unrooted" newbs.

I am using Laucher Pro Plus and I am happy with it. Only when you move to something else do you realise how good it was and there are some things I miss from Sense. I might get them on LPP but haven't found them yet, like the news/weather widget.
