LauncherPro with 5 Icon Rows

I just wanted to point out a feature I discovered today.

LauncherPro has the option to have 5 rows of apps and widgets on each home screen rather than the default 4. On the huge Droid X screen, this looks amazing and does not look over-crowded at all.

Though it doesn't look good in landscape mode, but I don't care about that for my home screen.

Just changed mine, I didn't add any more icons, but they look alot better and I can also see my live wallpaper much better. I was already using the 5 columns in the app drawer, don't know how I missed this option.

Yea, I like the extra row, but it makes some of my widgets look weird since they are now more compressed.

I'm liking it! I also set LauncherPro to only use Portrait orientation so that things don't get all screwed up when rotated.

Yeah, it even states on that option: "Requires widescreen, and looks bad in landscape." :)

That statement always made me shy away from trying this option, but I guess it can't hurt to give it an attempt.

I'm liking the five row. I have a clock, Agenda Widget and one row of apps on my main home screen. The five row give me more real estate for the Agenda Widget.
